Description
The detector uses an NDIR (infrared) sensor for fast and reliable detection of SF₆ gas.
Its immunity to humidity, temperature variations, and the presence of other gases makes it the preferred choice for industrial applications.
A key advantage of this detector is its long sensor lifespan of over 5 years and high measurement stability, especially at low ranges of 0–1,000 ppm.
Connecting multiple SF₆ detectors to a gas control panel is done באמצעות innovative 2-wire (2WIRE) communication, which also supplies power to the detector—reducing installation and maintenance costs by up to 70%.
In special cases where it is not physically possible to install the detector inside the room (e.g., clean rooms), or when access to the measurement point is limited, we offer our Model 750 sampling unit, which enables gas sampling from distances of up to 20 meters into the detector.
